But I think he did a good job of leaving it unclear to the point where the answer is useless.

I may be in the minority here because I'm content to wait two weeks and read the book, and moreover, don't see any real mystery here.

I'd just leave it at 'It's in the book', next time, Larry ;). And you should have sent me a private message telling me who it is - I love spoilers :P.
