i am going to read it over 2 days. i have an unavoidable commitment that night after my 9-5er, but i am going to dash home, pick up my copy and read while i shoot pool. playing in a smoky bar? whatever, the book can smell for a few weeks. i def won't be able to finish it all that night though, but i'll be done on wednesday before i go to bed.

as for posting, yeah, you should avoid this place like the plague, but you will totally be able to join into the discussion one week later. there were many people last time who didn't get the book the day of for a variety of reasons, so they were a few days behind as well. the boards are hot for a good few months afterwards...
