I know this because she has been to tel'aran'rhiod, and we know that domesticated animals are banned from entering t'a'r. Ergo, Bela cannot be tamed, is the Creator, an unstoppable juggernaut, etc.
Bela wasn't actually in T'A'R', Egwene just created a duplicate Bela by focusing on it like you can in T'A'R'. But it wasn't the real Bela. Just a figment of Egwene's imagination.
