We have no proof that the Dark One is male, or even if gender applies to him.

And it doesn't make sense for him to be fair. But it makes even less sense for him to be sexist.


But the rapist in all cases was not really the DO, but rather his "avatar" Shaidar Haran. It could be that it is the male myrddraal aspect that wants to rape the women, while the actual DO could not care less how they are punished, so long as they are punished.
