Lanfear, and all of the Forsaken, are supremely evil people. Cyndane has never shown herself to be remorseful of her situation and her hatred for Rand is worse than ever.

It will be a huge surprise if she turns, and even then, she's performed countless mass atrocities. She deserves death, or at the very least, permanent incarceration.
