Are you really incapable of arguing a position in which you are not personally invested? I actually like the Aiel, and I think I get them and ji'e'toh better than a lot of people. I dislike the Seanchan. That does not make the one good or the other evil. Why don't you find ONE post where I said I actually like or love them. The fact that they are, while unlikeable in many ways, not actually inherently evil is what I defend. And it hardly takes a Seanchan-lover to see their superiority to wetlanders in many areas. I honestly cannot believe that a person would only defend that which he liked and criticize only that which he disliked. It does explain some of the absurd lengths to which you go defending Egwene and other issues - for you, all that matters is "your" side winning, so whatever Egwene does is good by definition.
