Ok first off I did not get the impression on first reading that she was raped. This is why.

This implies something terrible was done to her. Not that she was raped. I mean this passage is to allow the reader to fill in the blank. I took it that she was to be mind trapped or maybe tortured and killed the final death. Of course she may be alive still because of the open endedness of this passage. She "might" have been raped as well. I think its a little tough to say that she was "definitely" raped by SH. There are numerous things that he could have been refering too when he said she would not forget what happens next.
