While I don't condone the idea of rape as punishment, it's not really fair to say that RJ had some bias yet.
The guy Forsaken have messed up and died ASAP.
Aginor might have been an exception, but the rapes occurred later so the idea of SH being as monstrous as he is may have only come to RJ later.
