Sidenote- I like how they made Mat and Perrin's godly analogues a bit more explicit. Mat's eye thing, and the rumors about him going into the land of Death for knowledge. Perrin's sweet-ass hammer.
Yea, I've always enjoyed the subtle winks and nods to Mat being Odin and Perrin being Thor.
