The point of Graendal's survival was ... Bookwyrm Send a noteboard - 13/11/2010 02:30:38 AM
to show us failure of another kind and the consequences of it, especially for a Forsaken. The other dead Forsaken all met their ends from direct confrontation with either Rand and/or his allies. Even Moghedien, coward that she is, was personally involved in her plots, except her flighty nature kept her alive.

Graendal however was extremely lazy (makes sense for her indolent nature) and used Compelled slaves to do most of her bidding. If she got off her plump ass and waded into battler herself, she could have maybe won [against Perrin]. Graendal's mistake was not keeping a closer tab on what was happeneding, something she could have avoided if she was present in the "where" that the "what" was happening.
BOHICA - Go ahead, ask me what it means.

She didn't even send in her channeler. - 12/11/2010 02:35:02 AM 727 Views
Yeah, but her plan was so lame it kinda ruined her character - 13/11/2010 08:26:34 PM 689 Views
Why having other Forsaken at all? Slayer and Moridin should've been enough. *NM* - 11/11/2010 11:33:04 PM 421 Views
