First off, if the topic is ToM, do I really need to put spoilers in my subject? I think people should be smart enough to not click on a ToM posting if they haven't read the book yet.
Anyways, where did it say how Mesaana got by the oath rod testing? I don't remember reading it. I guess I read past this part too fast.
Am I the only one that missed this? I feel somewhat dumb...

Technically you don't have to put spoilers if the subject is ToM, but sometimes it is nice to protect people from themselves.
And as everyone has already said they didn't reach a definitive answer in the book, they merely showed that it could be done, and rather simply in at least one instance.
