I don't think Lews Therin had this type of power because multiple members of the Forsaken had memories of fighting him one-on-one and holding their own, surviving to escape or achieving a strategic victory even if they were personally defeated.
I don't think any of the Forsaken could stand against Rand acting as the Dragon Reborn and using his Light-granted powers.
