Anybody has an inkling as to what this could mean? He does not show off with it, he whispers it and it seems that only Cadsuane hears him.

My first thought was about the True Power, but could it be something more? Something as specific as the TP or even more so as pertaining to who can have this power. By finally accepting that he is the Creator's tool has he been given a special privilege with some other power. Just his presence making apples regrow, and bring the sun out and make the food unspoiled would perhaps suggest that he indeed has been granted some other power at least until he fights in the LB.

P.S. Does anyone have any idea as to what is happening to Tarna and some others at the Black Tower? It doesn't look like they are killed and then used as bodies by the Dark One for some of his minions like he did with some of the Forsaken. This thing just look very weird and strange to me and I don't know what to make of it.
