With that in mind, I don't think Moghedien's final confrontation will take place in T'A'R, but a battle between Moggy and Nynaeve (they're dead-even in the OP, and this is a confrontation that has been building for ages).
We've already seen Nynaeve win every confrontation they have had, and the first time they directly pitted their strength against each other, Nynaeve had not reached her full potential. Now, Nynaeve is much stronger than Moghedien, which is why the Spider didn't dare try to confront Nynaeve directly when she last tried to kill her.
