Putting them on a chain around his neck smells of trophy. I dont think he'll get around to using them. He has no need now that Rand is dead. He already passed the "Protect Egwene" scenario. What else could there be?

You're not supposed to be able to kill 1 bloodknife. 3 is exponentially more impossible. It would be great to see the reaction of a seanchan at them seeing the rings.
