I don't think Moridin as anything to do with this.


But she is mind trapped by Moridin. If Moridin orders her not to hurt Rand she is forced to obey. Didn't Moridin give all the Forsaken orders not to hurt Rand so Cyndane would have to receive a direct order from Moridin to do so.
