Two things bothered me about this powerful angreal.

1) Aren't weak channelers limited in their ability to use angreal and saangreal? If Moiraine is so weak now how can she use it?

2) During her 'death' scene Moiraine tells us that this angreal is dark, probably created by AoL Aes Sedai darkfriends. It has an unpleasant aura and it is shaped like a tortured woman, hands tied to feet to form a circle.

Why would Moiraine want this angreal? From what she tells us she had been channeling through it for over a year in the Finn world and now that she's free she wants to continue to use it. Sure it gives power (just like the DO gives power) but what it represents is dark and sadistic.
