Plus you can see how Egwene was scared crap - when Moggy was free of the adam - and even mentioned how the only person (Nyneave) who could possible match her (Moghedian) - please also note not the person who can beat her BUT MATCH HER (For all who belive Nyneave is stronger) was not in the camp.
Nynaeve is stronger than Moghedien, at least in potential. She was able to match Moggy in TSR which was over a year ago in the series. As late as in PoD, Elayne thinks that she and Nynaeve haven't reached their full strength.
There's also a quote from Brandon that Nynaeve is stronger than Semirhage, but Semirhage is very close. I don't think Moghedien's nearly as strong as Semirhage.
1. Lanfear was strongest
2. Cyndane is still stronger than Graendal
3. Nynaeve is stronger than Semirhage (Per BS)
4. Mesaana is one of the weaker FS (again per BS)
5. Moghedien is weaker than Nynaeve in Potential (Nynaeve was a match for her before Nynaeve hit full strength)
6. There are only 6 women stronger than Nynaeve ... we know Sharina, Alivia, Lanfear, Cyndane ... if Graendal is not that means there are two women above Nynaeve that have not yet been introduced with 1 book to go ... odds are those two women are Graendal and either Sommeryn or Sera (Tuon's strongest damane).
Odds are that Cyndane is not a lot weaker than Lanfear since she was taken from the 'Finns pretty early on ... and if Moiraine lasted as long as she did and can still channel at all it's pretty clear that Cyndane only lost a little ability.
