I would imagine that word would get back to Rand that a female was channeling Saidin. Seems like at this point Rand, or maybe LTT, would be able to figure out that something was going on. Even if he doesn't figure out that they are forsaken reincarnated he'd still be wary about new threats that can channel in different ways.
