I say the strength level - a little bit more than before, just a little.

I think after VoG Rand reached the full potential. And that may increase his strength a little. But his skill level jumped 10+ or 100+ fold for sure.
As for the way he manages to show his strength, here's my take:
1) Battle with Trollocs. It's not fair to use Naeff's comment and make a general conclusion. First of all, he's far less powerfull than Rand and anything the channeler of Rand's calibre is doing is pure awesomeness for such as Naeff. Second, after VoG, Rand has the skills of the most powerful man in the world. And even that was very taxing on Rand. Plus, comparing this battle to the battle in KoD is not accurate, because in KoD there was a struggle for the OP between Rand and "LTT". For example, "LTT" couldn't move hands at first, and wasn't free to manage all the weaves.
2) The White Tower issue. Somehow people forget that most Aes Sedai in the Hall were choking and without a breath the entire time Rand was speaking with Egwene. I think it's ta'veren effect. Nobody would've been able to overpower him. The Wheel wouldn've allow it.

Rand's new strength level - Approximately the power of two men, 10 men or 100 men?

it's an interesting question. I think he's more like a person drawing on the TP

Good point. But I disagree that Rand or Moridin could draw limitless volumes of the True Power

I'm not so sure about that, we don't actually know that much about the TP

I've yet to be convinced that Rand's raw strength has increased.

Hampered and fought the entire way by Rand, so, no, that won't be necessary. *NM*

I think it's Naeff in that scene that directly says he's never seen so many weaves at once
