Maybe the purpose of Nynaeve learning to Heal madness is that she will Heal Mesaana and get vital information regarding Demandred's plans from her in the nick of time.


My pet theory is that Demandred will come for Mesaana and use her as a forced link, as his personal sa'angreal. Its crude, but it would be cool.
