One thing I took from Avi's visions is the Aiel still didn't have male channelers after The Last Battle. Which had me drawing a completely different opinion on what the Aiel (and world in generals) problem with the Seanchan was.

Add a 1000 (conservative given their population in her visions) Aiel male channelers by the time her children decide to wage war on the Seanchan and the Aiel alone should wipe the floor with the Seanchan. Linked pairs of male/female are MUCH more effective then a damane who can't link. Or put together strike teams of 250 males to Travel into the centres of Ebou Dar, the Fortress of the Light, Tanchico and Falme simultaneously and attack with no prisoners and no regard for collateral damage and the Seanchan would be, not defeated, but crippled.

Male channelers are (by virtue of being strongest in Earth and Fire) best suited to battle, so tying their hand behind their back before going into battle seems strange.
