I over-quoted; Dominic's posts have dealt with the issue of the ter'angreal. I'm specifically wondering where you got the idea that the paralis-net is only the weave-unraveling piece: as you further go on to say:
Also, Cadsuane has a whole bunch of stuff in her hairnet. They seem to be a collection of random angreal and ter'angreal. The "paralis net" seems likely to refer to the "net" in her hair itself. The little bird ornament is something seperate, as are some of the other stuff she's collected, no doubt.

It stretches credulity, particularly after Rand's comments in TOM51, to think that the set of jewelry does not comprise a paralis-net but merely contains one among various other junk.

Rand smiled. "And you're wearing a full paralis-net in your hair, which includes a Well. I'm certain you keep it full, and that should be enough to create a single gateway."
Cadsuane's face grew expressionless. "I've never heard of a paralis-net."
