Elayne likely comes in last IMO as Aviendha seems to be more skilled in fighting at the very least.

Elayne could always repeat her botched attempt at unraveling a weave and cause another massive explosion. (Hey, a Pyrrhic victory is better than none.) Otherwise, she would probably come last.
