Assuming this is you are transported into Randland, then right now I'd be looking to maximise my ability to kill as many Shadowspawn / Darkfriends as possible (whilst remaining uncaptured).
So for a pre-LB channeler I'd go with
Earth - 8
Fire - 8
Spirit - 8
Water - 3
Air - 3
Giving the ability to weave many battle weaves, whilst strength in Spirit to face other channelers and not be Shielded easily.
Post-LB I'd want to be more well rounded, whilst still favouring those Powers I think are more suited to men -
Earth - 7
Fire - 6
Spirit - 7
Water - 5
Air - 5
