I think Moiraine is easily smart enough - and indoctrinated enough in the Cairheinin way of thinking - to be savvy to Egwene's rise to power. I think she will quickly recognize that Egwene has the rebels by the scruff of the neck; much more quickly than the rebels have themselves. Egwene has had to manipulate, finesse, and finally beat them over the head with it. I'm fairly certain that once Moiraine sees the truth of the situation, she will be quick to throw her weight behind Egwene, thus gaining herself a niche of power with an Amyrlin who DOES respect her and just might value what she can bring to the table. In short, Moiraine would be stupid not to leap to Egwene's faction and we all know Moiraine ain't no fool. Not sure Moiraine won't have a small sense of pride in having found Egwene, introduced her to the Power and initiated her to the world of Aes Sedai, and to see how she has turned out in so short a time. There will be some conflict if she tries to buck Egwene's authority at all - we know Egwene won't have any of it. But I think once that passes it should be a good partnership for both. I hope.
