she is directly in the way of faile and perrin creating a super-kingdom, after all. 
I've thought that too at times, but it never seemd to fit. Perrin and Faile have the Two-Rivers, and it has now been made an official "House" in Andor. The two location are too far apart to meke one land, and I can not see Perrin ever abandoning the Two-Rivers.
