Multiple meanings are generally the rule with the titles, IMO. In addition, IIRC, Jordan said that there wouldn't be anything else set in the Seanchan mainland in the main sequence books, so all those other Towers would fit better.


Is it totally out of the question that a short but important scene could play out there?
