No male Aes Sedai could still be alive after three thousand years, which leaves only the possibility of reincarnation. Again, possible, we know this happens, but what would be the point this late in the series? Also, Rand/LTT seems to be an exception - Birgitte never remembered her past lives/TAR self when she was spun out. She didn't need to. The Dragon does, though, but no one else will have that need.
