Some possibilities:

1) Rand agrees to kneel to Tuon in exchange for the Seanchan eliminating slavery including channelers.

2) Rand will kneel to everyone. Proving he is a servant of all, he will kneel to "all".

3) Rand will kneel in exchange for everyone of importance signing a peace treaty.

4) Combination of some or all of the above.


Alternatively, kneeling from the strain of the incredible amount of balefire he is channeling to wipe the dictator from the face of the planet.
