With Nynaeve left behind in Tar Valon (I presume Egwene didn't bring her to the meeting as she couldn't have wanted opposition from within) the Seanchan will launch their attack on the city and collar her. Since Rand might view her as essential to his plans of fighting at the Last Battle (honestly, I don't know who else he'd trust to bring in the Callandor link) he could, maybe, be persuaded to kneel? At least, since he now more than ever seems to have the personality of a sheepherder.
