Jordan answered it, balefire doesn't undo balefire *NM* Jim Send a noteboard - 25/05/2011 10:01:38 PM
I have not seen this before, so I thought I'd put this out there.
If a channelers were linked, balefiring away, and one of the linked persons were balefired, what would happen?

This can be very convulted and complex but a fun mental exercise.
I think that is why the balefire truce happened.
Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.

It would modify the current strength of the circle, but their balefire's effects would be the same. - 31/05/2011 11:55:52 PM 727 Views

Think of balefire as burning back threads in the Pattern, not as a magical go-away beam. - 08/06/2011 08:01:26 AM 733 Views
