"Good. The Black Ajah stole nineteen ter'angreal. That might give us an estimate of how many Black Ajah we have to contend with."

There's also an added mention in the previous chapter that Elayne had finally perfected the making of the dream ter'angreal which don't require channelling, which explains Nynaeve's strong channelling.
