Did we ever consider if man healing comes with original strength, but not dexterity?

I love the idea that this is a parallel to the DO prison. I think the men were able to make the patch strong, but over time, even the strongest of steel will rust and crumble, as evident in the seals themselves. I think the patch must included male and female halves of the one power (or creator) and that is the only way to fix the bore like "it was never there".
So Rand needs to convince both Black and White Tower to stand together on this subject and only then will a real solution be placed on the DO's prison.
How cool would it be to use Siuan as the inspiration for this (or may our burnt out girl from Ebu Dar) to clarify this to everyone involved on both sides.

Siuan: re-stilled then re-healed by man = Siuan's original strength?

Possibly. She acts like that because she's unable to apply direct force, anymore

Esp. if it allows her to toss Gareth around, bind and spank him ... with the OP that is.

I think she and Leane would both accept it, too much upside with being able to Travel etc...

I don't think she'd agree, either, with the outcome being unknown
