Remember the first book in the series, where he murdered two guys for the crime of getting a drink of water near where Perrin happened to be? Screw Hopper. He could have been less of a tallywhacker (Brit-slang? ) about the T'A'R lesson for Perrin as well.
If memory serves they were white cloaks aka ass holes who deserved it much like the inquisition and the tea party..oh wait you like both of those don't you?
