Here is how I saw it...
Rand and Moridin face off, Rand comes out on top, and he takes the knife to avoid the rest of the Forsaken and the Shadow in general.
Meanwhile back at the ranch...
Taim thinking Rand is toast decides to take over and goes after Logain and his posse. Logain wins and takes on the face of the good guys while Rand sneaks to SG to get the jump on the Dark One.
Last Battle happens...
LTT dies or is ripped from Rand's body. This covers to live you must die and Nicola's dead yet living. The Dragon (LTT) dead, Dragon (Rand) lives, disguises as a beggar and retreats into obscurity.
