<quoteI don't remember anything along the lines of "However, women are able to accomplish more, and more precisely, with a smaller quantity of saidar when a man needs to use a greater amount of saidin to match what she does"

RJ quote from 2005:

"...on a practical level, women are much more deft in their weaving and that means the strongest possible woman can do just about anything the strongest man could, and to the same degree"

He also said shortly after there are several levels of men strength on top of the female ones. This means, of course that women are very significantly more efficient in their weaving, for the strongest woman, several levels below the strongest man in raw strength, to be able to do anything he does, to the same degree. It means a man for lifting or gateway size ("just about anything" is a match for women several levels of raw strength below him, but with women of matching strength, he is outclassed.

Now consider that RJ also said that women linked greatly increased their precision and efficiency... that's the advantage Asmodean was referring to. It likely implies by linking two women gain in raw strength, but their gain in deftness de facto makes them jump a few levels in what they can accomplish. This also explains why the Forsaken are wary of a circle of thirteen, even weak and barely trained by their standards women.

Judging the practical strength of channelers of the other gender is complex and no doubt requires much theorical training and practical experience, knowledge of talents and strength in flows and so on.. The AOL AS had this, the current Ashaman and AS presently don't, or not much yet.

The comparisons drawn by Moiraine, Verin, Reds etc. are on the whole totally unreliable, especially in a case like Moiraine where she refers to the AOL system she didn't understand or didn't explain to Egwene if the information that men and women have to be compared by their results, not by raw strength has survived (but by internal evidence, it seems doubtful it has.)
