Tor posted about B Sand's Q&A at Dragon Con this weekend, and he stated that approximately 20% percent of the book will be contained in ONE chapter, featuring upwards of 80 POVs and 70,000 words. If this guy isn't Tarmon Gai'don, I don't know what is.

He said there were about 80 viewpoint changes, but many of them were repeated characters.
