a. old age
b. as punishment from SH or Moridin perhaps for freeing Semirhage
c. Poisoned by Alviarin (or any other lame way that Alviarin can kill her.)
d. killed by Elaida in a blaze of glory
e. Swept up by Seanchen in their attack on the tower
f. Confrontation with BA hunters, perhaps with Pevara's warder(s) assisting
g. Confrontation with Egwene.
h. Laras with a kitchen knife. (Or anyone else with a knife, since it was alluded to earlier in the series.)
i. Miss Scarlet with a candelstick in the pantry.
