Aside from the two with Isam, and whatever Fain is up to, my hunch is that we won't see the Red Veils much except in the Blight (either as Lan advances, or toward the end battles).
I think we're going to see them quite a bit. They serve as an excellent wake up call to the Aiel that their ways are not always best, and seeing the opposite of your ways can often crystallize realization of what is wrong with them.
Added to which, you have a secret stash of lethal male and female channelers. Exactly why won't they be used?
Because there's a ton and a half of "other things" to use in the LB, some of them like the BA and Taim's faction long anticipated, and there's something to be said against abusing of "cool stuff".
I think the Aiel are likely to meet the Red Veils in battle, and perhaps die en masse as a result, but I seriously doubt the Red Veils will be all over the place in the book.
I wouldn't however rule out the possibility Fain manages to take over the Town and twist the Red Veils to his will like he does now with Shadowspawn.
