That has no relevance here - Edit 1

1. I have never said strength plays no role, it is obvious that it does in any weave. I just believe that the text shows us that there are certain weaves that ALSO have a Talent factor which will create a wide margin of effect regardless of Strength. Androl can Travel with almost no Strength, Siaun is a stronger healer than Egwene or Elayne, Berowin can Shield Nynaeve...

2. Different weaves require different strength in all cases. Just because Healing requires very little strength does not change the way the Talent piece works. And it's not like we see AS who cannot make the weave simply because they do not possess the Talent at all ... In fact every Channeler we've seen can Heal to some degree, just like Sorilea could still form the gateway weave. In some cases lack of Talent prohibits the effect and in others lack of strength. And if Traveling was lost due to strength (which I think is highly unlikely since even rather average AS can do it) why was so much of Healing lost? By your own admission it doesn't take much strength. If not the stuff that required low strength survived why didn't the vast majority of atheling knowledge?

3. We have multiple examples throughout the text of Channelers circumventing strength through a powerful talent

4. We have many examples of strong Channelers being poor at tasks due to weak Talent

If what you propose is true, then Androl would not exist, Egwene could Heal any wound and Flinn would have no problems with Traveling.
