Perrin's an incredibly important character. Exactly how is being killed by him equal to being relegated to secondary status.
That apart, though, Lanfear is NOT the most important villain. Not even Moridin is.
At best, Perrin is the least important of the big 3 and to be honest, has been pretty damn boring since the battle of Two Rivers in book 4 (I believe). Not Elayne boring, but rather pointless.
And I know that Lanfear is not the most important villain, but I said she should have been or at least been much more important in the second half of the series.
