It's a sequence of scenes from Demandred's POV from AMOL providing more insight into his doings/plans (Brandon hinted they should answer quite a few background questions - real purpose of the EOTW maybe, that sort of thing - and likely more details on him and LTT in the WOS). Harriet and Brandon decided to cut all this material from AMOL and find a way to publish the scenes some other way as they were sort of tangential and slowed the action down too much. I guess it will be in the vein of Demandred's POV.
