But there was no good reason to believe it wasn't correct, except for those in denial and totally convinced Sammael had been resurrected...
Mashadar captures or eat souls, we know this. He got Sammael's.
Well if RJ said it, then that settles it. Though, what happened to all the souls when SL was destroyed? Released? Destroyed forever? I'm gonna guess the latter, if the only reason why the Great Lord didn't reincarnate Sammael was because of availability issues. Not sure if this also was confirmed somewhere.
Why wasn't Sammael resurrected?
