So, I'm doing a (yet another) re-read, and just finished EotW. I have a few questions about the ending that have almost assuredly been answered elsewhere, but I am too lazy to look. So,

#1- How did Aginor and Balthalmel gain access to the Green Man's Garden? They said they followed Mat there, Shadar Logoth dagger etc., but wasn't need required to access the area? Or was the Garden a pocket/bubble universe thing that could be accessed through the OP/TP?

That last is my personal theory. I don't think it was ever canonically explained, but I think there was some sort of warding weave, possibly relying on that between-the-Pattern dimensional stuff like Tel'Aran'Rhiod or the Skimming place. Thus the need aspect, and the inability to find it twice. It also explains how Rand teleports to Tarwin's Gap without any of the attendant Traveling phenomena. While some people think that RJ had not yet come up with that stuff, implying that Traveling was teleportation, recall that there were visual aspects when Ishamael Traveled in the prologue.

But even if it's not a need-based warding, it is still obviously protected, but Aginor and Ba'althamel presumably knew how those weaves worked and could get around or through them. Maybe the dagger is the exception that allowed them to track the place, and once they had a lock on it, they could beat the wards.

#2- How did Aginor manage to burn himself to ash? Deus ex machine, or is there an actual reason?
Loss of control of too much of the Power. It manifested differently, but IIRC, that's pretty much how Egwene went too. Rand is always going on about how one slip with saidin and he'll be consumed or burned or what have you. It's an energy overload. Burning makes sense.
#3- The Seal. Weren't the 7 Seals held in the White Tower until the Trolloc Wars? How did one end up in the Eye of the World? Acording to the Green Man it was created in the first days of the Breaking. So I guess the White Tower just, never had the seals?
Tower propaganda. Or maybe they had some, but given the wide distance between the two objects Someshta's employers had at their meeting, it would seem more peculiar for them ever to be gathered in the same place. There was one in Rhuidean as well, presumably sent with the Aiel. Someone could always have come later to stash it with them, but the Aiel turned east before the Tower was built.

Anyways, as I said, I'm sure these are answered already, but, well, this board needs some love, so maybe this'll stir up something.

EDIT: Well, it's looking like I'm not going to get any responses, and yet, I remembered my last question.
#4- What was the Eye of the Worlds actual purpose? Or do we know?

IIRC we don't, but I would guess that it was set aside for the Dragon Reborn to use to confront the Dark One or maybe cleanse the taint or something else they prophesied he'd do, and they assumed he'd need clean saidin for it.
