So I'm currently on a read-through. Its been years (like...years and years) since I've read these. Good times.

So I'm in "The Great Hunt", and have just done our journey through "The Worlds of If". So then I'm asking....

What "Worlds of If" would you like to see as a short story?

There aren't any I wouldn't like to see, aside from maybe the incredibly boring-sounding one where Rand stays home and gets married.

It is honestly a coincidence that I would prefer the one where Egwene dies in agony to one where Rand has to spend a lifetime getting constantly belittled and bullied.

I don't think I'd like to see any of them expanded too much though. A story the size of New Spring, but written in a more summarized form (like George RR Martin's novellas, The Rogue Prince and The Princess & the Queen), would be about right.

I'd also like to see some sort of world where things go on with their lives and careers, but with Tarmon Gaidon taking place a generation later, just to see what they would have made of their lives.
