I was hoping for a bit of new information, especially around the forsaken (Ishamael and Lanfear especially) and around Rand, plus more detailed history of the nations than was in the books, but doesn't really sound like it is doing much of that, instead just pulling out information from the books for the most part, and inferring information that anyone could have inferred from the text
