Considering that she "cheered aloud" and "got up and danced" might indicate further that Rand and Egwene will probably have some victories in the end of TGS. Rand finally getting his truce with the Seanchan and Egwene possibly becoming the Amyrlin of all AS.
The cheering and dancing seem to be at least slightly at odds with the dark mood that Jason discussed in his review.
