The frog chair was really creepy.

You know, the thing that seems to set WoT apart among my enthusiasms, is stuff like this. When something else, completely unrelated, reminds of WoT things.

I've had that happen with tons of stuff. Images, songs, clothing. My brother had a similar experience with Shakira's "Whenever, wherever" music video, and insisted on showing it to me. In spite of the lithe, gyrating blonde chick, somehow, he was struck by the fountains of dirt bursting up behind her during one scene, and how it reminded him of Dumai's Wells. It was an excellent excuse to watch the video multiple times, if nothing else.
