A little before that he also mentioned that this was the wind section and that he writing by character section and not necessarily in order. Therefore all of this youngling stuff occurs in the first chapter and maybe related to someone elses threads then Egwene's and the tower. (Ok this last sentence is probably stretching it.) I think that BS has finished all of Egwene's section for ToM.

There are some tenuous possibilities that are not related to the WT story lines. For example Elayne sent a messenger to tell Gawyn about her contest for the throne. Merrille and Talaan are a small possibility. We still don't know what Verin is up to, etc.

It is fun to speculate, though.
